1 cup water
1/4 soy sauce
2 Tablespoons of brown sugar
2 Tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon of Sriracha (for extra spicy, add more, to taste, 1/2 tsp at a time)
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon of ginger (if you want to add more, to taste, 1/8 tsp at a time)
1/4 cup cold water
2 Tablespoons of corn starch
Combine 1 cup of water and the 1/4 cup of soy sauce in a small pot over medium heat.
Stir in the honey, sugar, sriracha and spices.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sugar and honey are dissolved.
Mix the constarch with the 1/4 cup of cold water in a cup, stir well to dissolve completely.
Pour mixture into sauce and mix well.
Cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat or until desired thickness is achieved (it gets thicker the longer you simmer it).
